  1. Sun spots are large black spots on the sun but do they have any real significance? How do they affect the sun?

    1. sunspots occur with the interactions of the suns magnetic fields, and from these sunspots we get what are called solar flares. Solar flares are kind of like when you shake up a soda bottle and then loses the cap a little bit and then is shoots off the bottle. the same thing is happening on the sun. but this in no way effects the sun

    1. Those are really the main two that make up the sun, but some other elements are oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon. Each of those make around 1.5% of the sun
